Today we concluded the editing of our video. We have fixed and smoothed out the mistakes that were spotted in the video. Its going really well so far, were just about done. The Music Video is completely done, all that is adding on colour correction and adjusting the brightness and contrast because we want to achieve that polished cinematic look.
We got additional feedback from our second teacher Rebecca Morris. Rebecca explained to us that having a black border when we split the screen into mini clips would make it look more intentionally done and professional and it will keep peoples eyes away from looking at where each box should connect. The screen-print shows the effect with the added boarders.We also received feedback from Osman (Trainee Media Teacher), he explained that Talia, our artist looks a very static in some shots, he went on to say that this can be disguised using good effective and flowing editing, which we feel confident that we have achieved.
