I had already decided to use the colour scheme of Red and Black, the Red being predominant with the Black being used more subtlety. I chose these two colours because I pictured using them in gradient form for the colour of the text and some backgrounds.

The Font is an important aspect of the Ancillary work, the font can connote what the album is about and also what kind of artist someone is. I looked through a large amount of fonts and also looked for some online, and felt the 5 shown above would look very good on both the Digipak and also the Advertisement.
The font I chose is Copperlate Gothic Bold because although it looks simple, it also looks very classy and sophisticated and that's the image I want to convey about my artist.
